Because our products are custom-made, returns and refunds are limited.

We will gladly reprint or refund if:

• The product has a production error caused by us.

• The delivered item does not match the approved artwork.

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

• Customer-approved artwork errors.

• Minor color variation within printing standards.

• Change of mind after production has started.

📌 Important

All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos of the product.
